Please make sure the shipping address provided is correct. There may be delays with orders being delivered due to the package being sent back or being sent to the wrong address. You may be subject to covering additional shipping costs.
Once you place your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the provided email. At this time, your order is being processed in the order it was placed. Please make sure the correct email address is provided. If you do not see an email, please check your promotions or spam folder as well.
NOTE: Processing time can take 1-2 weeks. This may vary depending on the volume of orders I receive, a holiday, or convention prep. Please refer to my Instagram as I post updates there if you have questions regarding the status of your order. You will be notified again via email once your order has been packed. This email will also provide you with a tracking number. Orders will be dropped off to the post office every Friday unless otherwise noted on my Instagram. Orders within the United States typically take between 5-7 business days, Canada orders typically 14 business days, and International orders typically 7-25 business days.
Due to COVID-19 there may be delays that are beyond my control with items being delivered.
If you have any issues with your order, please email me at email@example.com. A response will be sent out within 1-2 business days. If you send an email over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), you should expect a response the following Monday.
Due to the new VAT laws, I am currently unable to ship to the UK. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
If you have a package with tracking that says it was delivered, but it wasn't, please start by double checking the tracking number. If the package states that it has been delivered, please contact your local post office ASAP to see if they have any information regarding your package. Check in with others in the household, neighbors, and/or apartment management to see if your package was mixed up or picked up by them.
All sales are final. Once your order has been finalized and confirmed you cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. Your order is finalized and confirmed once you receive an email confirmation and an order number has been created. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing and verify that the address you entered is correct.
If you receive a defective product upon delivery, please email your order number, a photo of the packaging as well as the products inside. (Email: firstname.lastname@example.org)
Please verify your address before completing your order. If a package gets returned to me I will notify you through the email provided. You may be subject to covering the shipping costs to send the items back to you.
We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances. The buyer will be held accountable for any country restriction, duty tax, or any other fees collected.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once it reaches the post office it is out of our control. If you have any issues with the delivery of your package, please contact your local post office.
As a friendly reminder, all sales are final. Please review all your information prior to finalizing your purchase. This includes your name, address, and any items in your order. Once the order has been finalized and confirmed you cannot cancel or make any changes to your order.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
