Shipping policy

Please make sure the shipping address provided is correct. There may be delays with orders being delivered due to the package being sent back or being sent to the wrong address. You may be subject to covering additional shipping costs.

Once you place your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the provided email. At this time, your order is being processed in the order it was placed. Please make sure the correct email address is provided. If you do not see an email, please check your promotions or spam folder as well.

NOTE: Online store is a one-person operation. Processing time can take 7-14 business days. This may vary depending on the volume of orders I receive, a holiday, work, or convention prep. You will be notified again via email once your order has been packed. This email will also provide you with a tracking number. Orders will be dropped off to the post office every Friday unless otherwise noted on my Instagram. Orders within the United States typically take between 5-7 business days, Canada orders typically 14 business days, and international orders typically 7-25 business days.
